Refund policy

Thank you for shopping our Woven Wonders Collection!

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  • Returns
If you would like to return an item please email us at kristen@wovenwonderscollection.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


  • Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


  • Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kristen@wovenwonderscollection.com and send your item to: Woven Wonders Collection, P.O. Box 270443, Littleton, CO, 80127, United States.


  • Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
