Shipping policy
We offer free economy domestic shipping to our United States consumers via USPS. We will mail out orders within 3 to 7 days of purchase. All orders come with a tracking number. If your order has not arrived in the allotted window, please feel free to contact us at kristen@wovenwonderscollection.com if you have any concerns regarding your order ship status.
- Return Shipping
If you would like to return an item please email us at kristen@wovenwonderscollection.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
